NORTHERN NETWORK: Website launch

Well, here we are! Welcome to the website!

Over the past six months, we’ve been developing the vision and objectives for this Network, engaging with our various partners and communities to understand how they could benefit, and creating a visual identity and website. And here it is!

Explore the site

There are effectively two sides to this website. A version for all website visitors, and a special version for Network members!

All visitors to this website can browse information about the Northern Network project and Groundwork, as well as information about Green Hubs and our pilot hubs. Our Green Map is also available to all, as are our stories, and our public events.

However, members get extras! If you’re signed up as a member of the Network, you can also access our Resources, including reports, case studies, and how-to guides. And, you can view and book on to special member events and training sessions. Plus, you can share your news, stories, case studies, and events with us.

Become a Member

Joining as a member is easy, its completely free, and anyone can do it. Simply head to our sign up page, choose yourself a username and password, and wait for an email to verify your account. You’ll then be asked to complete a short survey (this is from our evaluation partners, Wavehill, and helps us understand who is using the network and what they want from it) et voila! You are a member.

You’ll be able to access your own profile page, where you can view a dashboard of latest stories and member-only resources and events. You can also choose to add a photo and description of yourself, and if you need to, you can change your password.

We hope to continue to develop the website over the coming months and welcome ideas and suggestions from everyone – Just get in touch.

Spread the word

You can help us spread the word by using our marketing toolkit. It includes our press release, social media assets, photography, and more.

Thanks to…

We’re hugely grateful to Matt at Lollipop Rocks who has been an absolute star helping us work through the process of building this website. Thanks Matt!
